**Your Responsibilities:**
* Teach English to students of all ages, from young children to adults
* Team-teach with a Japanese teacher to provide a comprehensive learning experience
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles
* Participate in teacher training and professional development opportunities
* Build strong relationships with your students, colleagues, and the local community
