Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover various aspects of fine arts
- Teach visual art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, etc.
- Create engaging classroom experiences to foster student interest in different art forms
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
A creative problem solver with innovative teaching methods
Experienced in working with middle school-aged students
Committed to inspiring curiosity about the fine arts
Comfortable communicating effectively, both verbally & written
Adaptable: open to new ideas and willing to incorporate technology into lessons
Passionate about maintaining a safe learning environment
What You Can Expect:
Monthly Salary: 25,000 CNY - 30,000 CNY (dependent on experience)
