As a key member of our education team, your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive teaching plans and schedules for the academic year in line with the objectives and standards set by our school. This includes crafting a dynamic curriculum, establishing educational objectives, devising schedules, coordinating exams, and organizing enriching student activities and academic exchanges.
Beyond planning, you will also be required to teach for 20 hours per week, showcasing your skills through engaging and interactive lessons. Observing classes, conducting workshops for fellow teachers, and delivering demonstration lessons will also be part of your versatile role.
Effective communication will be integral to your success, ensuring seamless interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with student file management, data analysis, and providing constructive feedback to both students and the management team. Flexibility is key, as you may need to make necessary adjustments to the teaching plan.
Your role will also extend to support our enrollment and marketing initiatives, and assisting in organizing parent meetings and school activities.
In appreciation of your commitment, we offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 20,000 RMB (pre-tax). Depending on the school location, a housing allowance or free accommodation may be provided. We also offer around-the-clock support for both living and teaching in China, even if you're not fluent in Chinese. To qualify for this unique opportunity, you must be a native English speaker and hold a Bachelor's degree. Teaching credentials such as TEFL or TESOL, or a two-year reference letter are mandatory. We are particularly interested in motivated, energetic, and creative individuals with at least two years of related school teaching experience.
