**Competitive Pay and Benefits**
* Hourly Rate: NTD 650 - 700 (adjusted annually based on teaching experience)
* Weekly Hours: Around 20 hours
* Generous Time Off:
+ Personal Leave: 11 days in the first year
+ Public Holidays: Approximately 25 days
