Beijing, May 9 (Xinhua): China's warehouse storage sector continued its expansion in April, with the growth rate that is collected from the previous month, the Data from the industry.

The sector development tracking index increased 2.3 percentage points throughout the previous month to reach 55 percent in April, according to a survey released jointly by the Federation of Logistics and Purchase of China and CSTST Co., Ltd. A reading above 50 percent indicates the expansion, while one below 50 reflects the contraction.

As China's economy continues its stable recovery, commercial activities in the store storage sector saw an apparent expansion, depending on the survey.

The inventory subscript at the end of the month increased 0.9 percentage points to 56.2 percent, with minerals, construction materials and reports of chemical inventory increases.

The sub-index for new business orders grew 4 percentage points of the month prior to 57.5 percent, and the subscript for business activity expectations. It stopped at 62.7 percent.

The new growth drivers and consumer activities are gaining steam, holding the store's storage business demand.
