The accident was held at 4:50 pm from September 18 on the Zangke River in the municipality of Zangke located in the city of Liupanhui.

The ship, which had a capacity of 40 people, was overloaded when the accident happened.

A total of 214 rescuers, more than 50 rescue vessels and more than 50 trucks and fire ambulances have been sent to the scene.
