An online forum and medical education against the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic was held at the University of Wuhan in the province of Hubei on Thursday and Friday.

The forum, which attracted more than 40 educators from China, France and African countries, focused on opportunities, challenges and response measures for higher education created by COVID-19. He also analyzed ways to nurture medical talent during a pandemic.

Dou Xiankang, president of the University of Wuhan, said at the forum opening ceremony that the teachers of the University participated in teaching and online learning through different Internet. Platforms to overcome setbacks caused by the pandemic.

Medical students and teachers also worked hard to contribute to the fight against Covid-19, Dou said.

The forum was initiated by the University of Wuhan to build a shared community of Higher Education between China, France and African countries.
